Paula Deen's Mexican Chicken Casserole

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 oz. can tomatoes (Ro-Tel would work well)
4 cups cooked cubed chicken
Flour tortillas (I used 8)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together soups and tomatoes; stir in chicken. Cover bottom of baking dish with tortillas (I used 4, overlapping and letting tortillas cover bottom and sides of baking dish); top with half the soup/chicken mixture. Add another tortilla layer (2 should be good) and top with rest of chicken mixture. Add another layer of tortillas (2) and top with cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
