    6 apples, peeled, cored & sliced

    sugar

    cinnamon

    8-oz. of yellow cake mix (Jiffy cake) or half of a regular-size dry cake mix

    1/4 C. melted butter

    Recipe



    Put slices of apples in buttered crockpot. Pour cake mix over apples. Drizzle butter over cake mix. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon & sugar mixture over cake. Cover & cook on LOW for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Keep checking - it's done wihen apples are soft.
