Broiled Lobster Tails

4 large lobster tails
olive oil
lemon juice
drawn butter
Recipe
Heat the broiler. Cut the lobster shells with scissors down the udnerside from north to south & pull the meat out, reserving the shells.
Line up the tails on the broiler rack sheet & place the meat on top of them. Drizzle the meat with the olive oil & lemon juice. Broil approx. 15 min. Serve with drawn butter.
