    Yield: 4 servings.

    List of Ingredients




    4 Tblsp unsalted butter
    1 Tblsp chopped Italian parsley
    1/2 tsp lemon zest
    1 tsp lemon juice
    Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
    4 (8-oz., 1 1/4-inch-thick) filet mignons
    Olive oil

    Mash butter, parsley, zest, juice and salt to taste. Chill.

    Lightly brush meat with oil. Season with salt, pepper. Grill until cooked to your desired doneness, 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, turning once. Put tablespoon of butter on top.
