List of Ingredients
1 lb. dried fettucini
2 T. butter
1 C. heavy cream
2/3 C. freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt, black pepper
additional parmesan to serve
Recipe
Cook pasta according to package directions. Place butter & cream in a skillet over low heat. Heat through, then simmer gently until just thickened, 1-2 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add pasta with parmesan to the hot sauce. Toss well to coat. Serve immediately with additional parmesan
