    Sliced chicken breast, romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, tortilla strips, cotija cheese & a fantastic creamy cilantro dressing make up the Caesar salad from El Pollo Loco's Restaurant. Makes more than 1 cup.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup whole milk
    4 tsp. finely minced cilantro
    2 tsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. finely minced garlic
    1 tsp. finely minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. gound black pepper
    1/8 tsp. cumin

    Recipe



    Whisk together all ingredients ina medium bowl. Cover and chill. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
