    Berio Olive Oil (I use Extra-Virgin)
    Seven Seas Red-Wine Vinegar & Oil bottled salad dressing
    oregano
    red onion
    Black olives (large, pitted, Colossal)
    tomato, cuke, peppercinis (optional)
    Fresh Express Italian Salad Mix (escarole, iceberg, romaine)
    Feta cheese - Athenos Traditional 8-oz (chop it yourself)

    Recipe



    1 can olives/1 pkg cheese/2 bags lettuce
    2 oz. olive oil to 1 8-oz. bottle salad dressing


    Serve with Cuban or Italian bread
