List of Ingredients
• 1 / 4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened and cut into pieces
• 5 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• Juice of 1 / 2 lemon
• 1 / 2 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
In a heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients. Place over low heat until butter melts. When it is just melted, remove from the heat and place in a blender. Blend until emulsified and thickened.
Makes 1 / 2 cup.
