    Diana's Honey Mustard Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    4 Chicken breast halves
    1 cup (250 mL) Diana's Marinade, Lemon & Pepper flavour
    Honey Mustard Sauce
    1/2 cup (125 mL) Diana Sauce, Rib & Chicken flavour
    1/4 cup (50 mL) Mustard
    1/4 cup (50 mL) Honey
    4 Cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. (15 mL) Fresh cilantro, chopped

    Recipe

    Place chicken breasts in a glass dish and
    pour in Diana's Marinade. Cover dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum. Preheat grill to medium-high. In a separate bowl,
    mix Diana Sauce, mustard, honey, garlic, and cilantro and set aside for basting. Remove chicken breasts from marinade. Discard used
    marinade. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to cook for 20-30 minutes with the lid closed, occasionally basting with the Honey
    Mustard Sauce
