    Six Week Bran Muffins

    This batter will keep for up 6 weeks stored in refrigerator (that is if you don't gobble it up faster).

    Extra raisins and nuts are optional and can be added to the batter as you use it.

    List of Ingredients




    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    1 cup oil
    3 cups sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 quart buttermilk
    5 cups of flour
    5 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons salt

    Recipe




    Mix together all ingredients and store in covered container until you need. Fill paper lined muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake in 400ºº oven for 10 minutes.
