    Sundried Tomat and Cream Cheese Dip

    makes 1 1/2 cups. If you can only handle cooked tomatoes use 1/3 cup tomato paste instead of the tomato


    List of Ingredients


    • 250g tub spreadable cream cheese
    • 1 tbs chopped green olives
    • 1 tbs mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp vinegar
    • black pepper
    • 1/2 cup semi dried tomatoes
    • 1 tbs chopped basil leaves
    • 1 tbs olive oil (as always with dips use a good one)
    • 1 tsp tomato paste


    Instructions


    1. Place cream cheese, tomatoes, olives, basil, mayo, oil, vinegar, tomato paste and pepper in food processor,
    2. Process until smooth and serve
