    Will keep 3-5 days in sealed container in fridge.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 heaped tbs lightly steamed soy flour (Goodies and Grains or Robert.s)
    • 3 cups water
    • optional ingredients *


    Instructions


    1. Boil 2 cups water in a heavy based saucepan. Mix soy flour with remaining cup water to make a smooth lump free paste.
    2. Add a little of the boiling water to this mix and then pour through a fine strained into the boiling water in the saucepan. Bring the resultant mix to the boil, stir and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
    3. Add optional ingredients to taste (not all of them).
    4. Strain into a clean jug, cool and use. Stir before use to keep the soy uniformly dispersed.

    *optional ingredients for flavour or health (add as much as desired)
    sugar/honey; cold pressed vegetable oil -soya, peanut, safflower, canola, perhaps olive; 1 tsp dicalciumphosphate powder (unflavoured); salt; vitamin D; vanilla essence; cocoa or carob powder
