Recipe Introduction
Will keep 3-5 days in sealed container in fridge.
List of Ingredients
- 3 heaped tbs lightly steamed soy flour (Goodies and Grains or Robert.s)
- 3 cups water
- optional ingredients *
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups water in a heavy based saucepan. Mix soy flour with remaining cup water to make a smooth lump free paste.
- Add a little of the boiling water to this mix and then pour through a fine strained into the boiling water in the saucepan. Bring the resultant mix to the boil, stir and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
- Add optional ingredients to taste (not all of them).
- Strain into a clean jug, cool and use. Stir before use to keep the soy uniformly dispersed.

sugar/honey; cold pressed vegetable oil -soya, peanut, safflower, canola, perhaps olive; 1 tsp dicalciumphosphate powder (unflavoured); salt; vitamin D; vanilla essence; cocoa or carob powder
