French Apple Dessert

List of Ingredients

• 1 Apple Spice Tea Cake mix (or make up simple cake batter and cinnamon)
  
• 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  
• 1/2 cup sultanas
  
• 1 egg
  
• 100ml water
  
• 1 1/2 tbs soft butter
  

Instructions

1. Layer sliced apple and sultanas onto base of a greased 20cm round cake pan.
   
2. Prepare cake mix according to packet directions.
   
3. Pour cake mix evenly over apples. Bake at 180C 20-25 mins.
   
4. Turn out onto a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon topping from cake packet ot with cinnamon sugar.
   
5. Serve warm with whipped cream
