List of Ingredients



• hoi sin sauce
  
• fish sauce
  
• soy sauce
  
• lemon juice
  
• oyster sauce (?)
  
• crushed peanuts
  






Instructions



1. Mix sauces and lemon juice in the proportion that seems right. Taste and adjust.
   
2. Scatter over lots of nuts and serve.
   






Final Comments


I saw this done over a year ago so I hope I didn't leave out any crucial ingredients. Done this way it tastes fine anyway.
