    List of Ingredients


    • 3 eggs boiled and cut into 12 pieces
    • 1 Chinese pork sausage cut in 12 pieces
    • unlined paper (computer paper will do)
    • 1 onion, diced
    • garlic, chopped finely
    • 1/2 lb minced pork
    • salt, sugar, pepper to taste
    • oyster sauce
    • peas (optional)
    • 1 packet "rooster" Chinese flour (a very white sweet flour)
    • 1 cup fresh milk
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 12 mushrooms (those dried ****take that need soaking)


    Instructions


    1. Mix pork with salt, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, onion garlic and peas if using. Set aside.
    2. Soak mushrooms. Cut 12 pieces paper (square) each big enough for 1 bun.
    3. Set aside 2 tbs flour and knead the rest with milk and sugar. Knead well for 10 minutes.
    4. Set dough aside for 30 minutes. Use remaining flour to keep it from sticking. Roll out 12 circles.
    5. Place pork, mushroom, egg and sausage on circle and pinch together at top. Place on paper square.
    6. Steam 4 at a time in wok or microwave in bamboo steamer. Enjoy as a party food.
    7. Reheatable in microwave.
