This is an easy way to fill up a hole in your stomach. Use English muffins or whole grain if you like

Instructions
- Each number will be one seperate idea not a step in a progression.)Top with honey and crushed nuts
- or peanut butter with dried fruit
- or egg, ham, cheese, mushroom and tomato (this is more substantial but adjust as desired)
- or baked beans or spaghetti (beans are more healthy)
- or melted butter (if you spread the hot muffin the butter melts), sliced banana and sprinkled coconut and crushed nuts.
- or fried bacon and maple syrup
- etc etc etc as you like.
