    This is an easy way to fill up a hole in your stomach. Use English muffins or whole grain if you like


    List of Ingredients


    • muffins (as in english muffins)
    • see below for topping ideas


    Instructions


    1. Each number will be one seperate idea not a step in a progression.)Top with honey and crushed nuts
    2. or peanut butter with dried fruit
    3. or egg, ham, cheese, mushroom and tomato (this is more substantial but adjust as desired)
    4. or baked beans or spaghetti (beans are more healthy)
    5. or melted butter (if you spread the hot muffin the butter melts), sliced banana and sprinkled coconut and crushed nuts.
    6. or fried bacon and maple syrup
    7. etc etc etc as you like.
