    List of Ingredients


    • 500g lean beef mince, topside (or use a blend)
    • 125g feta cheese, crumbled
    • 2 tbs tomato chutney
    • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
    • 1.2 cup dessicated coconut


    Instructions


    1. Mix mince, cheese, chutney and parsley together rhoroughly.
    2. Shape into bite-sized balls and toss in coconut. Place on a buttered oven tray and bake at 230C for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Serve alone or skewered on a toothpick with some pineapple.
