    List of Ingredients


    • 375g lasagne sheets
    • 1 lge onion
    • 4 chicken breasts
    • 4 rashers bacon
    • 1 zucchini
    • 500g mushrooms
    • 1 can tomatoes
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tbs tomato paste
    • 6 mozzarella cheese slices
    • 30g butter
    • 1 cup chicken stock
    • extra grated cheese


    Instructions


    1. Chop onion, crush garlic and saute both in hot butter.
    2. Add bacon, chopped sliced mushrooms and chicken breasts (sliced up) Cook until chicken flesh is white.
    3. Add sliced zucchini, tomatoes and tomato paste. Add chicken stock and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
    4. Cook pasta sheets according to direstions on pack, rinsing well. Place alternate layers of pasta sheets, mozzarella and chicken in tomato sauce. Finish with sauce and sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake 180C for 30 minutes.
