    Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Prosciutto

    if u can't get prociutto use bacon or smoked salmon


    List of Ingredients


    • 400g dried spaghetti
    • 100g thinly sliced prociutto
    • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 4 garlic cloves crushed
    • 300g cup mushrooms, sliced
    • 100g ****take mushrooms, sliced
    • 2 tbs chopped chives
    • salt/ ground black pepper to taste.


    Instructions


    1. Cook spaghetti in large saucepan of salted, boiling water until al dente. Drain reserving 1/4 cup liquor.
    2. Preheat grill on med-high. Cook prosciutto 2-3 mins each side until crisp.
    3. Cool prosciutto then crumble it. Heat a large frypan over med-high heat. Add oil and garlic, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
    4. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
    5. Stir spaghetti and reserved liquor into the mushroom mixture and heat through. Remove from heat.
    6. Stir in prosciutto and chives, season and serve immediately.

    serve with salad or buttery steamed veg
