    Recipe Introduction

If you are clever enough to make your own dough, pizza dough is basically bread dough made with olive oil, salt and pepper.

if you cant get fresh seafood tinned is ok (but not quite as nice)

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 quantity pizza dough
    • 1 tin tomatoes
    • 2 tbs sugar
    • a good sprinkle pepper
    • dried oregano
    • 6 cloves garlic
    • 1 onion chopped finely
    • 1 capsicum sliced
    • 19 mushrooms, sliced
    • 500g marinara mix (or your choice of prawns, crab, calamari, mussels, cockles etc)
    • sliced olives
    • Grated pizza cheese you like (I like mild so I use mozzarella. Most people prefer more kick though)

    Instructions

    1. In a saucepan mash up tomatoes with sugar, sliced garlic and pepper (bayleaf may also be used) and cook until thick.
    2. Roll out pizza base (v thin). Spoon over tomato and top with all toppings except cheese. Bake in preheated 180C oven until toppings cooked and pizza slightly risen.
    3. Sprinkle over cheese and bake a further 10 minutes or until melted. serve hot or sliced cold at the footy if you want to get jealous glances from the rest of the crowd

    Final Comments

My poor mother used to make this for nine people where each person was fussy enough to want different ingredients left off. But this is the with the lot version
