    Not sure that this is actually "Chinese". They seem to just mean contains soy sauce (lol)


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lge potatoes
    • 1 spring onion, chopped
    • 1 tbs vinegar
    • 1 tbs oil
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil


    Instructions


    1. Peel and grate potatoes. Wash and dry well. Cook gently in microwave until tender.
    2. Combine vinegar, oils and soy sauce and mix well. Pour over potatoes. Season to taste.
    3. Serve topped with spring onion
