• 1 orange
  
• 3 cups cabbage, shredded
  
• 2 spring onions, sliced
  
• 1 small green capsicum, seeded and sliced
  
• 1 tbs vinegar (cider or white is good)
  
• 1 tbs orange juice
  
• 2 tbs olive oil
  






Instructions



1. Grate orange rind and set aside. Peel and slice oranges into segments or rings.
   
   
2. Combine orange wirh cabbage, spring onion and capsicum in a bowl.
   
   
3. Mix dressing ingredients in seperate bowl and add orange rind.
   
   
4. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
