Creamy Green Salad

List of Ingredients



• 1 head lettuce
  
• 4 tomatoes
  
• 1 lge cucumber (peeled if it needs it)
  
• 1 bunch radishes (optional)
  
• lots of spring onions or chives
  
• dill to taste (optional)
  
• 1/2 red capsicum (optional)
  
• 150g sour cream (or to taste)
  
• generous salt and pepper
  






Instructions



1. Break lettuce up into bite size pieces.
   
   
2. Slice cucumber, cut tomatoes in wedges, radishes in slices and capsicum in strips or rings. Add to lettuce.
   
   
3. Dollop over sour cream and add herbs and spices straight into cream. Carefully toss the seasoned cream through salad. Best served straight away with hearty winter dishes.
   
   






Final Comments


note- add a tiny drop of milk if needed to thin the cream (not too much)
