1. Split and toast some english (or fruit) muffins. Spread with crunchy peanut butter and top with sultanas or other dried fruit.

Other toppings- honey and mixed crushed nuts, poached egg and a few leaves of baby spinach; smoked salmon and avocado; hazelnut butter with cacao powder and dried cranberries; ham, cheese, mushroom, tomato; buttered with bananasm shredded coconut and mixed nuts; leftover pasta sauce or curry, etc.
