List of Ingredients
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- 1/2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp beef stock
- 250ml milk
- 1/2 leek, finely sliced
- shake of pepper and nutmeg
- 2 tsp parsley
Instructions
- Put potato and leek in microwave bowl, cover and cook on high 5 minutes. Stir once
- Add other ingredients and puree until smooth. Pour back into microwave bowl and heat until bubbly
- Serve immediately
