    List of Ingredients


    • 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
    • 1/2 tsp butter
    • 1 tsp beef stock
    • 250ml milk
    • 1/2 leek, finely sliced
    • shake of pepper and nutmeg
    • 2 tsp parsley


    Instructions


    1. Put potato and leek in microwave bowl, cover and cook on high 5 minutes. Stir once
    2. Add other ingredients and puree until smooth. Pour back into microwave bowl and heat until bubbly
    3. Serve immediately
