    Mushroom, Pork and Snowpea Stirfry

    serves 4, probably works with tofu or extra mushrooms instead of meat


    List of Ingredients


    • 400g pork fillet, thinly sliced
    • 3 tsp grated fresh ginger
    • 2 tbs kecap manis
    • 1 tbs sherry
    • 2 tbs peanut oil
    • 300g cup mushrooms, quartered
    • 200g snowpeas, trimmed
    • 2 tbs water
    • 1/4 small red cabbage, shredded
    • steamed rice to share


    Instructions


    1. Combine prok, ginger, kecap manis and sherry in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Heat wok on high.
    2. Add 3tsp oil and heat. Add half the pork and stirfry for 2 mins or until pork is tender. Remove and repeat with the rest. Set aside.
    3. Add 2 tsp oil, mushrooms, snow-peas, cabbage and stirfry 1 minute or until veg is just tender.
    4. Remove. Cover. Add pork back in and stirfry 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with steamed rice.
