    easy to make this one vego using beancurd, not meat, or vegies of your choice


    List of Ingredients


    • 450g chicken stirfry pieces
    • 1 jar masterfoods thai flavour base (or something similar)
    • 140g can coconut cream
    • 2 cups snow peas
    • 230g can bamboo shoots (drained)


    Instructions


    1. Heat large nonstick frypan and brown chicken (using cooking spray)
    2. Add flavour base and coconut cream and simmer 10 min.
    3. Add snow peas and bamboo shoots and simmer 5 mins or until snow peas are tender.
    4. Serve with Jasmine rice, garnished with coriander leaves.
