Zucchini Bread & Butter Pickles

List of Ingredients
1 qt. of vinegar
2 c. of sugar
3 T. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. tumeric or dill seed (or 1tsp. of each)
1 tsp. ground mustard
4 qts. sliced zucchini
1 qt. onions (3)Recipe
1. Bring vinegar, sugar, salt & spices to a boil
2. Pour over freshly sliced vegetables and let stand 1 hour.
3. Bring to a boil & cook for 3 minutes
4. Pack hot into hot, sterilized jars.
Seal at once.
