    Crisp, crunchy and delicious!

    List of Ingredients




    6 cups chopped lettuce
    6 hard boiled eggs; sliced
    10 oz. frozen peas; thawed
    16 oz. bacon; cooked, crumbled
    2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
    1 cup mayonnaise

    Recipe




    Place 2 cups lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl, Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. On top, layer eggs peas, remaining lettuce, bacon and cheese. Spread mayonnaise over cheese, sealing to the edge of bowl. Cover and chill 24 hours. Garnish with paprika, if desired. Toss well before serving.
