    Creamy Cole Slaw

    1 cup real mayonnaise
    4 tablespoons white or cider vinegar
    about 2 tablespoons Splenda
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    1 pound cole slaw mix or finely shredded cabbage

    Recipe



    Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sweetener, then add all the seasonings.

    Toss with the cabbage until completely coated.

    If you like your slaw crispy, serve immediately. If you prefer it not as crunchy, prepare about 3 hours in advance and keep chilled.
