Recipe Introduction
Mom always made this hot drink at Christmas time. She had a special Tom and Jerry Bowl set that she used to serve them in.
List of Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
- whiskey or rum
- boiling water
- nutmeg
Instructions
- Beat the eggs together. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the eggs beating until thick.
- Put 1/2-1 jigger of whiskey or rum into a cup. Add boiling water. Add a spoonful of the batter to the top.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg. Enjoy!
