    1 cup chopped spinach, cooked and drainned
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    1 tsp pepper (or to taste)
    2 cup mayonnaise (or sour cream, or mixture of both)
    2 tbsp cream
