    Makes 4 to 6 servings

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (about 5 ounces)
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
    1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
    1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces drained
    1/4 cup pimiento
    1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream of chicken soup
    1 cup milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp curry powder

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir all ingredients together and pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake 1 hour.
