    This is a family favorite at Christmas and special occassions.

    List of Ingredients




    20 oz. can whole corn drained (or 16 oz.)
    20 oz. cream corn (or 16 oz.)
    1 small/medium onion chopped
    1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
    1 4 oz. jar pimentos
    2 eggs beaten
    2/3 cup milk
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
    salt to taste

    Topping:
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
