    List of Ingredients




    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4oz)
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4oz)
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
    1/2 cup (medium) chopped onion
    2 T flour
    4 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp salt - or to taste
    2 medium sliced tomatoes

    Recipe



    Mix cheeses, onion and flour. Spread in greased pie plate, 10x1.5 inches, or quiche dish, 9x1/5. Beat eggs slightly: beat in milk, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until set. 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Arrange tomato slices around edge of pie, overlapping slices slightly. 8 servings, 230 calories per serving.
