List of Ingredients




1 clove minced garlic
1 medium chopped onion
2 tblsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 cans tomato paste
1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 cup coffee
3 oz chopped mushrooms
1/4 tsp basil or oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Brown onion and garlic in oil. Add meat and brown. Add soup, tomato paste, coffee and sugar; simmer 30 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, basil, salt and pepper and simmer 5 minutes.
