    Zella's Pink Cranberry Freeze

    List of Ingredients




    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 T. mayonaise
    2 T. granulated sugar
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
    2/3 can (#2) drained crushed pineapple
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Mix together
    1 cup whipped cream
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Soften cheese, add granulated sugar, mix well Add pineapple and mix well. Add cranberry sauce, nuts and mayonaise.

    Beat cream and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until it forms soft peaks. Fold or lightly stir in fruit mixture. You can pour into a loaf pan lined with Saran Wrap or other container.

    Freeze at least 5 hours. Remove from freezer a few minutes then slice.
