    List of Ingredients




    6 small to medium zuccini
    1 small onion
    2 canns rotel tomatoes, diced
    oregano to taste

    Shredded cheddar cheese
    Shredded mozzerella cheese

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Bake until tender. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake until cheese melts.
