    THE MAMA'S COOK BOOK - Kate Buchanan

    List of Ingredients




    4 cups flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1/4 cup warm water - dissolve yeast in this
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    1 cup lard

    Recipe



    Mix flour, sugar, lard, add boiling water. Add yeast mixture. Add will beaten eggs and knead well. Keep in refrigerator until time to roll and cut. Let rise 2 hours before baking.
