List of Ingredients




4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. dates
2 cups nuts
1/2 cup bread crumbs.
4 tsp. baking powder
2 cups sugar
12 tbsp. flour
12 tbsp. water

Recipe



Beat eggs, add cut dates, sugar, nuts and bread crumbs, then vanilla. Sift baking powder with flour, then add to above mixture. Add water last. Heat oven very hot, lower heat to 375 and bake for 45 minutes. When cool cut in squares and sift powder sugar.
