    Low Sodium Stir Fry Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    2 teas grated fresh ginger
    1 T reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
    2 T frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    I can (13.75 oz) sodium free chicken broth
    1/2 teas crushed red pepper flakes
    1 T plus 2 teas cornstarch

    Recipe



    Whisk together everything but cornstarch until well blended. Stir in the cornstarch until smooth.

    If it has sat while you cook meat and vegetables, rewhisk and add to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened and clear, about 3 to 5 minutes.
