    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh onion
    • 2 tablespoons A.1. Steak Sauce
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape 35-40 one inch meatballs. Bake in shallow baking pan, in a preheated 500F oven 5-7 minutes, or until meatballs are lightly browned.
    2. For convenience, preform hamburger patties or meatballs and freeze for later use.
