Yorkshire Meatballs

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons A..1. Steak Sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup each milk and dry bead crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter (or margarine), melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Shape 24 meatballs. Place in greased 8 x 12 baking dish. Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs until foamy. Mix in milk and butter. Add dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour over meatballs. Bake preheated 350F oven 40-45 minutes, or until puffed and browned. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Serve with Mushroom Gravy. Serves 6-8.
