Recipe Introduction
The batter will keep in the refrigerator for several days. So it may be made ahead of time and baked as needed.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 2 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cup self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of water. Combine all remaining ingredients, add to yeast mixture. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
