    Carrot Cake with Pineapple

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp soda
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 1/2 cup cooking oil
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cup grated carrots
    • 1 small can crushed pineapple
    • 3/4 cup chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix oil, sugar and eggs; beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Grease and flour two 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 inch pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees; cool.
