Carrot Cake with Pineapple

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup grated carrots
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix oil, sugar and eggs; beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Grease and flour two 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 inch pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees; cool.
