List of Ingredients
- 1 (4lb.) roast
- 6 tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 tblsp. vinegar
- 3 cups catsup
- 3 tblsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce or hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Put roast in crock pot and cook all day on low. At end of day, shard meat and refrigerate overnight. The next morning mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat in crock pot. Cook 8 hours on low.
