    STEAMED POLISH SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound polish sausage,cut in 2 inch chunks
    • 1 small cabbage, cut into wedges
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • 1 cup stuck (1 beef bouillion cube in 1cup of water)


    Instructions


    1. Brown sausage and cabbage in oil. Add stock, cover pan, and cook until cabbage is tender (about 20 minutes). Stir occasionally. Add more water if necessary to keep meat from sticking.
