• 4 game hens
  
• 1/2 recipe w. rice stuffing
  
• 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
  
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  
• 2 tbl. melted butter
  
• salt
  
• pepper
  






Instructions



1. Prepare wild rice stuffing, omitting the olives. When cool, and apricots pecans, and sherry. Pat game hens dry inside and out, sprinkle with salt and pepper, stuff with rice mixture. Place hens in a pre-heated 375 degree oven and bake 45 minutes to and hour, basting frequently with melted butter and pan juices.
