    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound fish (Haddock or other)
    • 2 tbsp margarine
    • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    • 1 large onion, peeled and dice water to cover
    • 3 cups milk
    • salt and paprika to taste


    Instructions


    1. Brown onions in margarine. Add fish and 1 cup water, simmer 10 minutes. Flake fish. Add potatoes and more water if needed. Cook 15 minutes. Add milk, salt and paprika. Heat until milk is hot. Do not boil.
