Fried Cabbage

List of Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 6 strips of bacon
- Butter
- Salt
Instructions
- Shred cabbage and remove center. Place in pot of water and bring to a boil. Add pinch of salt. Drain cabbage. In skillet, fry bacon. When done, put to the side and crumble on a separate plate. With leftover bacon drippings, fry cabbage. Add one tablespoon of butter. Add crumbled bacon to cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes.
